Job Summary: 

We are seeking motivated Helpers and Apprentices to support our plumbing and sheet metal teams. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist journeymen with installations and repairs.
• Transport materials and maintain jobsite cleanliness.
• Learn tools, materials, and safety procedures.
• Follow instructions and company standards.
• Participate in training and apprenticeship programs.

Requirements

• Interest in plumbing or sheet metal trade.
• Eagerness to learn and work hard. A genuine passion for learning and growing in the HVAC and plumbing fields. 
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication to effectively collaborate with the team and clients. 
• Valid PA driver’s license and dependable, insured transportation are a must.
