KP Dentistry is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our well-established team. Experience & Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist during dental procedures and exams
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials 
  • Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with state regulations 
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care 
  • Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification per state requirements 
  • Previous dental assisting experience preferred 
  • Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and safety protocols 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment 
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-focused demeanor
  • Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined
