Position Title: The Only Facial Aesthetician

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Description: $27+ per hour
Reports To: Store Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a licensed aesthetician (esthetician) who is passionate about skin health and client care to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an aesthetician who values education, personalized treatments, and a calm, professional work environment.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Provide customized facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
- Perform thorough client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed aesthetician (required)
- Strong communication and customer care skills
- Passion for skincare and continued learning
- Experience is preferred but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate
Schedule
- Part-time or full-time opportunities available
- Mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends
