About the Role
<p><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z" style="white-space:pre-wrap;"><strong>Main activities and responsibilities:</strong></span></p><p class="_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6" style="padding-inline-start:30px;"><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z x1sdyfia xss6m8b" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">1.</span><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z" style="white-space:pre-wrap;"> Develop trainings: Develop trainings in accordance with projects and market needs</span></p><p class="_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6" style="padding-inline-start:30px;"><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z x1sdyfia xss6m8b" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">2.</span><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z" style="white-space:pre-wrap;"> Train the Trainer: Train market trainers on how to conduct the training and teach the workshop technicians.</span></p><p class="_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6" style="padding-inline-start:30px;"></p><p class="_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6"><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z" style="white-space:pre-wrap;"><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE</strong></span></p><p class="_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6"><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Degree in engineering (mechatronics, mechanical, electrical) or equivalent</span></p><p class="_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6"><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">• Automotive technical knowledge, products, electrics, electronics, and electromobility</span></p><p class="_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6"><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">• Excellent presentation, training, communication and pedagogical skills</span></p><p class="_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6"><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">• Should be able to train/teach (learning from a technician perspective)</span></p><p class="_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6"><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">• Should be able to learn himself/herself in order to teach with a good grasp of technical subjects</span></p><p class="_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6"><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">• Should be able to co-develop training materials</span></p><p class="_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6"><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">• Fluent in written and spoken English (as all trainings will be in English)</span></p><p class="_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6"><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">• Strong customer focus</span></p><p class="_aupe copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6"><span class="_aupe copyable-text xkrh14z" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">• Bus Driving license (category D) and 1000V electricity license are an advantage</span></p>
