As one of the largest towing companies in the United States, we service 83 districts for the U.S. Marshals Service, all 50 states for the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and our nation’s Southern border for U.S. Customs & Border Protection. With more than 13,000 federally seized vehicles in custody, we are the largest property custodian of seized vehicles in the nation. Our nationwide storage network consists of 83 properties strategically positioned across the country. 23 of these facilities are operated by Apple Towing Co., while the remaining 60 are sub-contracted with complete oversight. Since 2010, we have conducted over 1,900 government auctions, sold more than 60,000 seized assets, and brought over $325,000,000.00 of funding back into federal forfeiture programs nationwide. 
About the Role

Description

 

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Parking and Lot Attendant to join our team at our vehicle storage facility. As a Lot Parking and Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient storage and retrieval of vehicles in our lot. 


 Previous tow truck experience (wheel-lift or flatbed experience a plus) 


Responsibilities:

- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner

- Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management

- Maintain cleanliness of lot and ensure vehicles are organized

- Assist customers with locating their vehicles

- Provide excellent customer service to all customers


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
