We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to join our growing restoration company. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets

- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to enhance performance and professional development

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and industry partners

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence

- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management

- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales approaches


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the restoration, construction, or related industries

- Strong coaching and team-building skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute effectively

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Knowledge of insurance claims processes and restoration industry standards is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
