About the Role

Description

 

This position is responsible for selling and delivering non-alcoholic products to assigned accounts in the Middlesex MA area, leaving and returning each day to the Taunton location.


This is a Union position.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Maximize the sale and distribution of non-alcoholic products sold by Quality Beverage in all applicable customer accounts
  • Analyze customer needs and business trends to help grow both their profitability and our own business
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets, promotional ad signage (point of sale) and displays
  • Develop strong professional relationships with all customers
  • Loading work vehicle with product and delivering to retail customers daily
  • Create sales orders and deliver product within same account visit
  • Provide support for sales promotions and special events
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to learn brand and product knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and planning
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Self-motivated, team player who is enthusiastic

Education/Experience/Training:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree or equivalent work experience in sales preferred
  • Soft drink industry experience is a plus
  • Candidate must possess valid Massachusetts driver’s license and registration
