Corporate Development Associate

The Role

• Oversee all phases of M&A transaction execution (acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments, joint ventures) across WTW’s global enterprise 

• Build detailed financial & operating models including valuation, merger consequences, trading comps, precedent transactions, DCF, NPV, and IRR analysis

• Conduct due diligence process coordinating cross-functional teams internally and externally (e.g. finance, accounting, tax, HR, legal, strategy, operations, external advisors, etc.)

• Perform in-depth company and industry research as part of strategic assessment of targets / landscape

• Prepare business cases and management presentations for review by Executive Leadership team and Board of Directors

• Support drafting and negotiation of term sheets, LOI’s, and definitive agreements 

• Engage with WTW business leaders to develop M&A strategy, inorganic priorities, and playbook

• Manage several projects at once ensuring timely execution by driving workflow and meeting deadlines
