R|O|C Physical Therapy, the Leader in Outpatient Physical Therapy in the Greater Phoenix Area, is seeking a PHYSICAL THERAPIST for our GILBERT GATEWAY Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in accordance with industry standards and R|O|C policies.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring effective rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
  • Actively participate in case management, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners to enhance and expand client relations.

  • Must be a graduate from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited school of Physical Therapy.
