Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our busy and well-established department in Castro Valley, California.

  • This is a full-time, shareholder-track opportunity offering immediate volume, excellent support, and the ability to make a lasting impact on patient care in a collegial, physician-led environment.

Qualifications

  • Step into a thriving practice with an established patient base and strong referral network
  • Comprehensive ENT care: Opportunity to treat patients of all ages
  • Trauma experience preferred: Level II trauma center exposure for adult cases
  • Collaborative environment: Join a dedicated team of specialists and experienced clinicians
  • Epic EHR system: Training and support provided
  • Call coverage: Candidate must reside within 30 minutes of Eden Medical Center

  • Competitive guaranteed base salary: $493,079 – $557,987 annually (DOE)
