About the Role

Based in Tel Aviv, we are deployed in major grocery brands globally and employ some of the brightest minds in AI and Computer Vision.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced QA Tech Lead to take ownership of quality across our products and lead our QA efforts from a technical perspective. This is a senior, hands-on role, focused on manual testing, technical leadership, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary R&D teams.

As a QA Tech Lead, you will shape QA methodologies, lead the QA team technically, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable systems built on AI, computer vision, and hardware–software integrated solutions. You will thrive in a high-pace, dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities, while maintaining high professional standards and strong cross-team collaboration.

This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days a week from the office)


Responsabilities

  • Perform hands-on manual testing of complex AI-driven and HW-SW integrated systems
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Own quality throughout the full product lifecycle, from requirements to production
  • Plan QA activities based on business and technical priorities, adapting quickly to changing needs
  • Work closely with all R&D teams
  • Identify risks, prioritize issues effectively, and ensure timely and high-quality deliveries
  • Strengthen the company’s quality culture by promoting ownership, accountability, and collaboration
  • Lead the QA team technically, providing hands-on guidance and setting high standards for quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of QA experience (mandatory)
  • 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead/Team Leader
  • Senior-level QA profile with proven technical leadership capabilities
  • Experience as a QA Tech Lead or Team Lead (preferred)
  • Strong background in manual testing of complex systems
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following domains:
  • AI-based or Computer Vision systems
  • Hardware- Software solutions
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to distinguish between critical and non-critical tasks
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong sense of ownership, independence, and accountability
