At Gregory & Appel, we are looking for a local Private Client Account Manager (AM) to join our growing Indianapolis team. Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions
- Support Producers with new/renewal business, proposals, quotes, and policy accuracy
- Handle service requests (certificates, endorsements, audits, cancellations) promptly
- Deliver exceptional client service with a fast, professional response
- Handle first report of claims by gathering information from client and reporting to the agency’s dedicated claim team, while following up to confirm a successful resolution of the claim.
Experience and Skills:
- Property & Casualty license and 4+ years of personal lines insurance service experience- focus on high net worth clients preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting
- Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
- Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, ARM) preferred
- Strong work ethic and critical thinking
- Applied Epic experience preferred but not a deal breaker
