About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team at alison.ai. In this role, you will own and drive core product initiatives end-to-end — from early concept and MVP through full product launch, adoption, and scale. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, data, AI, and go-to-market, shaping products that deliver measurable value for customers operating across the full marketing funnel.

This is a high-impact role for a hands-on product leader with a strong technical foundation, deep understanding of marketing platforms and paid media ecosystems, and the ability to translate complex user needs and data insights into clear product direction. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product design, data, AI, and go-to-market teams to build and evolve a category-defining AI product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product areas end-to-end: from discovery and concept, through MVP, full productization, launch, adoption, and scale.
  • Help define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Translate business, marketing, and user problems into clear product requirements, PRDs, and success metrics.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-quality product features on time.
  • Partner closely with Product Design on user research, UX flows, usability, and product polish.
  • Manage inbound product management: customer feedback, user research, data analysis, and prioritization.
  • Support outbound product efforts: launches, positioning, enablement, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Drive product adoption and engagement by defining activation, retention, and growth initiatives.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product performance, usage, and business impact; continuously iterate and improve.
  • Collaborate with data and AI teams to leverage insights, models, and experimentation to enhance product value.
  • Act as a product evangelist internally, aligning stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Strong technical background with the ability to work closely with engineering and understand system constraints, APIs, and data flows.
  • Advantage: experience working with or building products for marketing companies, ad-tech, mar-tech, or growth teams.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels (high / mid / low funnel), especially in the context of paid campaigns and performance marketing.
  • Advantage: hands-on experience managing AI-driven or data-heavy products.
  • Proven experience taking products from concept to MVP, and from MVP to a fully scaled, adopted product.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, running experiments, and making data-informed decisions.
  • Experience working closely with product designers and a strong appreciation for UX and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to align engineering, design, data, marketing, and leadership.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, making tradeoffs, and moving quickly in an evolving product landscape.
