You’ll greet every guest with positivity, manage smooth check-ins and checkouts, and provide clear, helpful information throughout their visit. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide courteous telephone service and assist guests with inquiries.
  • Handle guest reservations, changes, and confirmations.
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out experience for all guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must pass background check.
  • Must be able to work 1st or second shift.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to provide friendly, professional service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
