About the Role

Role Overview:

If you are an operator who speaks "People" and wants a pathway from HR strategy to broader executive leadership, this is your runway.

We are looking for a Senior Manager with HR Skillset. You will join as a strategic partner to the COO and the company's senior leadership, initially focusing on people, culture, and organizational design within the Operations function.

Over the next 12–18 months, your focus will shift from purely HR-centric tasks to high-level executive projects, eventually transitioning into a full Chief of Staff capacity.

Phase 1: The Strategic HRBP (Months 1–12)

●    Org Design & Efficiency: Audit the Operations structure. Identify bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and ensure the right people are in the right seats to hit aggressive business goals.

●    Talent Density: Act as the owner of the recruiting and onboarding process. You aren't just filling roles, you are raising the bar on performance and "can-do" culture.

●    Personal Coaching: Serve as a confidant and coach to the managers and employees, helping them navigate conflict and drive team accountability.

●    Employee Experience Oversight: Manage and mentor the ‘Employee Experience Manager’. You will ensure the "service layer" of the company runs flawlessly - guaranteeing every team member feels valued, equipped, and recognized.

Phase 2: The Transition to CoS (Month 12+)

●    Operational Rhythm: Take ownership of the leadership cadence - QBRs, weekly leadership meetings, and board prep, ensuring high attention to detail and follow-through.

●    Cross-Functional Glue: Lead special projects that require connecting the dots between Product, Sales, and Ops (e.g., entering a new market or integrating an acquisition).

The "DNA" We Need

●    Extreme Ownership mentality ("Can-Do"): No task is too small. You will fix a payroll error one minute and build a pitch deck for the Board the next.

●    HR Expertise, Business Mindset: You understand comp & ben and employment law, but you view them with a business orientation and efficiency.

●    Impeccable Attention to Detail: You catch the errors others miss. You understand that in Operations, small details have massive compounding effects.

Data-Driven: You don't rely on "feelings" about culture; you rely on retention data, output metrics, and engagement scores.

Requirements

●    8+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HR management role partnering with senior leadership.

●    Business Fluency: You must be able to read a P&L as well as you read people. You understand how headcount, compensation, and efficiency directly impact the company's EBITDA.

●    The "Can-Do" Operator Mindset

●    Scrappy & Low Ego: You are willing to roll up your sleeves. Whether it's drafting a high-level strategy deck or fixing a scheduling conflict, you do what it takes.

●    Impeccable Attention to Detail: You catch errors others miss. Your written communication and data reporting are "client-ready" on the first draft-accurate, formatted, and clear.

●    Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects (e.g., restructuring, office moves, system implementations) from start to finish without hand-holding.

Why Join Us

●    Take ownership and make a direct, measurable impact on our success.

●    Work in a highly collaborative environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

●    Join a “hand-picked” talented team that values proactive thinking, innovation, and exceptional results.

●    Lead cross countries team in various cultures and backgrounds.
