Senior Engineer, Facilities-Benoi

Responsibilities:

• Lead the power team providing support to vessels during shipyard operations.
• Lead and manage engineering projects related to facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of facility infrastructure to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and extend asset life cycles.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all facility engineering activities.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and budgets associated with facility engineering projects and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineering staff within the Facilities team.
• Drive initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability practices across Benoi facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in facilities engineering, preferably within maritime, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards applicable to facilities engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with engineering software and tools for design, maintenance planning, and project management is advantageous.
• Experience with power supply, energy storage and HVAC/Chiller
