About the Role

Description

On-site in Green Bay, WI.


Summary: The Inventory Control Analyst will work independently, and as part of a team, to support the purchasing and production efforts of multiple divisions while assisting them in optimizing their inventory turns, improving inventory accuracy and reducing aged/obsolete inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Approves purchase orders
  • Creates part numbers, routes, and bills of material in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Manages item master and bill of material tables
  • Plans, coordinates, and analyzes physical inventories
  • Prepares monthly reports
  • Maintains vendor pricing records
  • Utilizes and trains Material Requirements Planning and production concepts
  • Develops and maintains product configurator software
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field preferred
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
