The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems.
• Provide recommendations for improving system performance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid HVAC technician certification (EPA Certification, NATE Certification preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation and repair.
• Valid driver's license and clean background. 
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.
