About the Role
Description
Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Psychiatric-Mental Health NP) to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management services to adults receiving behavioral health care. In this role, you’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery-oriented, high-quality patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
- Collaborate with clinical teams to guide treatment planning and care delivery
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and families regarding diagnoses and medications
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and medical staff collaboration
- Complete timely documentation and manage medication refills and follow-up care
What You Bring
- Master’s degree as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- NH APRN license and DEA registration
- 1–2 years of psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
