Do you have a passion for patient care and thrive in a role that offers variety? UT Urgent Care is looking for a dedicated MA/CCMA to float between locations and provide exceptional support for our clinical teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.
- Support the office clinic where needed.
- Take vitals, review medical history, and update EMR records.
- Serve as a key point of contact between patients and providers.
- Maintain exam rooms and sterilize equipment per OSHA standards.
- Follow up on test results, document test in logs per CLIA standards.
- Support providers during in-office procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
- Provide back-up support to clinical staff as needed.

- Flexible 40-hour work week typically 8:45AM-5:15PM
- Must be able to work every other 8:45a-6p

Salary:
- $18.00 / hour - $23.00 / hour (Based on years of experience and certification)
- Shift differential of $2.00 for Saturday and Sunday

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Excellent multitasking, time management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced medical office.
- At least 1 year of experience of giving unsupervised IM injections, EKGs, providing wound care, and POC swabbing for COVID, Strep, FLU and Mono.
- Must have critical thinking skills and be highly motivated.
Education:
- GED or High school diploma with greater than 2 years on the job MA training.
- CMA, CCMA or RMA preferred
