MIS Analyst

Hyderabad - Night Shift only ( Willingness to work US-aligned hours (evening/night shifts) and support month-end/quarter-end reporting cycle)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Analyst with at least one year of experience in data reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and ensure data accuracy across reports.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports with high accuracy and timeliness.· Perform data validation and quality checks before report submission.· Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.· Maintain and update dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements.· Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.· Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources.· Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis as needed

Requirements

Required Skills:

 1–3 years of MIS/data analytics experience in RCM/healthcare BPO or similar operations environment (2–5 years for mid-level Analyst).
Demonstrated experience in building operational dashboards, performance reporting, and automation.
Technical skills
Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, Power Query, formulas (XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH/SUMIFS), charts, data validation; VBA for automation.
SQL: Strong querying skills (joins, aggregations, window functions), performance tuning basics; ability to build views and scheduled jobs.
BI tools: Power BI (preferred) with DAX and 

Preferred Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, commerce, or healthcare administration (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
