About the Role

Description

Salary will be $18.00 per hour


Work schedule is between 7:00 am to 5:30 pm (and will fluctuate), Monday through Friday

A snapshot of what you'll do:

  • Provide a positive, safe, stimulating, and inclusionary learning environment
  • Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
  • Assist in recognizing, adapting teaching strategies, and addressing the individual needs of each child
  • Collaborate with the lead educator to maintain open and effective communication with parents and families
  • Float to various classrooms to provide breaks and coverage

Qualifications:

  • National Early Childhood Credential (CDA/NECC) preferred
  • Successful completion of the Florida Department of Children & Families 45-hour Child Care Training in early childhood education
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
