We are now hiring Part-Time Dog Daycare Counselors at our Morristown facility.

Schedule: Year-round, part-time position with 25-29 hours per week. Shift lengths vary based on business needs and your availability. Morning shifts begin at 6:30 AM; evening shifts end at 7:00 PM. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Pay: Starting rate is $16.00-$17.00/hour based on prior professional pet care experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise and engage in playful group and individual activities for dogs of various breeds and sizes.
• Monitor dog behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Assist in crafting unique dog enrichment plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all pet and work areas.
• Provide daily updates to pet parents, fostering strong relationships.
• Collaborate with our amazing teams, all dedicated to expert pet care.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age 
• Must love and be able to confidently handle dogs of all breeds and sizes; from the teacup type to the 'are you sure that's not a horse?' and everything in between
• A basic understanding of dog behavior and body language
• Prior experience in dog daycare or boarding facility (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to read and write in English (for documentation, communication, and safety procedures)
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts (essential as we care for dogs 365 days a year!).
