About the Role

Assists with overseeing the day-to-day operations of contract and procurement operations. Prepares moderately complex contracts, proposals, and requests and negotiates contract terms and conditions. Ensures accuracy of orders, compliance with regulations, and proper distribution of required paperwork. Conducts bid openings and provides bidding services. Solicits, tracks, and maintains vendor information and database.
