Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance for assigned Immunology and Dermatology products within the designated territory through effective, impactful, and compliant customer engagement.
  • Provide healthcare professionals with accurate, balanced, and relevant product information to support informed treatment decisions.
  • Analyze sales trends, territory data, and customer insights to find opportunities and develop action plans that improve product performance.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, including dermatologists, immunologists, pharmacists, nurses, and other relevant partners.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams—including Medical, Marketing, and Market Access—to address customer needs and provide well-rounded support.
  • Support onboarding and follow-up with newly converted customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth product experience and usage.
  • Apply CRM systems, digital platforms, and approved marketing assets to enhance the efficiency and impact of sales activities.
  • Demonstrate what we value and leadership behaviors while upholding high standards of compliance, ethics, and credibility in all interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field; healthcare or life sciences background is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales; experience in Dermatology or Immunology is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including hospital workflows, private clinics, and specialist networks.
  • Proven ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical commercial plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with diverse healthcare partners.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to effectively use CRM systems, digital engagement tools, and virtual communication platforms.
  • Strong teammate with the ability to collaborate across functions while maintaining ownership of territory performance.
  • Highly dedicated, organized, and goal-oriented, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
