Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to scheduled appointments
- Communicate insurance coverage and financial responsibilities to patients and families
- Maintain accurate insurance records within the practice management system
- Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve eligibility and coverage questions
- Collaborate with front office and billing teams to ensure accurate patient information
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous dental or medical insurance verification experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy
