Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the bar team to ensure all drinks are prepared accurately and to high-quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar spaces, including workstations, storage, and equipment

- Mentor, train, and support bartenders to enhance their skills and ensure consistent service

- Assist with inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and stock rotation

- Help with bar setup and breakdown during shifts to ensure smooth operations

- Enforce health and safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies

- Collaborate with management to develop new drink menus and promotional initiatives

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender or bar supervisor, with leadership responsibilities preferred

- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to train and motivate team members effectively

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
