About the Role

Beschrijving van het bedrijf

Bij Aviko Rixona maken we van aardappelen granulaat en plantaardige kaas. Dit alles dankzij een geavanceerd en geautomatiseerd productieproces. Als operator ga je werken in de productie van de plantaardige kaas.

Je stuurt het productieproces, het afvullen en vervolgens gekoeld opslaan van het eindproduct.  Kijk voor meer informatie over ons product op: Potatocheezz.com.

De werktijden op deze afdeling worden in nader overleg bepaald, deze zullen zijn tussen 6:00 en 22:00, met de weekenden vrij. Indien nodig wordt je ook ingezet op onze verpakkingsafdeling voor de granulaatlijnen, hier wordt ons product verpakt in Big Bag, 25kg en bulk. Bij voldoende groei van de afzet worden kunnen de werktijden in de toekomst naar een 3- of 5-ploegendienst groeien.

Functieomschrijving

  • Jij bedient de apparatuur, bewaakt het procesverloop en neemt actie bij afwijkingen
  • Als kwaliteitsbewaker zorg je voor topproducten door nauwkeurige controle
  • Je hebt de controle over de ondersteunende processen, zoals energie en reststoffen
  • Als troubleshooter ben jij de redder in nood bij storingen en voer je eerstelijns onderhoud uit
  • Met jouw creatieve geest en drive voor verbetering, draag je bij aan het optimaliseren van het productieproces

Functie-eisen

  • Jij beschikt over een afgeronde Vapro B opleiding of bereid zijn deze opleiding te volgen
  • Jij beschikt over goed technisch inzicht
  • Jij hebt een gezonde dosis ambitie
  • Jij bent flexibel ingesteld en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Jij hebt een zelfstandige werkhouding
