Our services include free end-of-life IT asset management and certified data sanitization, technology refurbishing, computer distribution, computer repair, internet service, and technology education. We provide businesses with a Secure E-Waste Recycling Service which helps businesses eliminate electronic waste for free. About the Role


We’re looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows in our warehouse. This role includes managing inventory, processing incoming donations, and supervising both staff and volunteers. You’ll also be responsible for handling hard drives in accordance with NAID-certified data security protocols, helping us maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and confidently based on organization's policies
  • Able to work independently, be dependable, adaptable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Must be able to pass DOT Physical
  • Ability to operate fleet vehicles (Up to 26’ box truck and air brakes)
  • Ability to self-direct tasks/activities and problem solve independently
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Maintain a professional but friendly demeanor
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Desire to help the community and interest in digital inclusion
  • Technology or recycling industry knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Must be flexible, self-motivated, and adaptable
  • Comfortable working in a general warehouse setting
  • Valid State Drivers License and automobile insurance required

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a workstation
  • Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent use of computer, phone, and other office equipment
  • Capability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and over digital platforms
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
  • Capability to work in various indoor non temperature controlled environments
  • Extended periods of walking or standing throughout the workday
  • Visual acuity to read labels and perform detailed tasks
  • Willingness to adhere to physical safety protocols
