Responsibilities:**

  • Answer and manage incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure order specifications are correctly documented
  • Prepare pizzas according to established quality standards and recipes
  • Supervise shift operations and provide direction to team members
  • Coordinate workflow and task assignments to ensure efficient shift execution
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Assume managerial responsibilities including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and training
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
