Ancon is seeking Seasonal Technicians for the upcoming turnaround season! This is a seasonal role, currently expected to last three (3) months. The role requires flexibility and availability for extended hours, with workweeks ranging from 50–90 hours based on project needs. Successful completion of this assignment may lead to consideration for permanent employment opportunities.

What is a Technician?

Ancon provides industrial cleaning and services to customers such as municipalities, power plants, mines and construction industry. Working on the team is always rewarding, and is often adventurous, but isn't easy. Technicians that do best are those that can accept the challenge of working conditions that include being outside, at heights, in confined spaces, in heat and able to follow safe work procedures.

What are the Qualifications for the Tech 1 position?

• TWIC Card: (Transportation Worker Identification Credential background check)
• RSO (Refinery Safety Overview- 20 hours) Note- If you don't have a TWIC Card and/or RSO, we will help you to get them
• Physically Fit for physical work requirements (and Respirator Fit Test)
• Onboarding and Random Drug Testing
