About the Role

Description

If you’re a closer who wants real opportunity, high-quality leads, and a proven sales model, this role is for you.

  • Uncapped commission structure (top earnings in the industry)

As a Direct Seller, you’ll meet face-to-face with homeowners to educate them on our home remodeling solutions and guide them through a consultative sales experience.


Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners
  • Educate customers on remodeling options, features, and value
  • Build trust, establish rapport, and confidently guide decision-making

Lead Generation:

  • Work high-intent leads generated by marketing, retail partners, and events
  • Participate in events, referrals, and canvassing
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to maximize close rates

Consultative Selling & Closing:

  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Close sales agreements and ensure accurate documentation

Requirements

  • Strong communicator with in-person sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable with commission-based earnings
  • Confident handling objections and closing deals
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
  • Reliable transportation and availability for appointments

Working Conditions

  • Field-based role with frequent travel to customer locations, events, and community outreach sites.
  • Flexible, including evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowner availability.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and engage in door-to-door sales or event-based selling.
