Description du poste

Rattaché.e au Directeur Technique, le/la Agent de maintenance CVC H/F est en charge de l'installation, le dépannage, la réparation et l'entretien des différents équipements et installations de l'établissement.

  • Effectuer des petits travaux de remise en état ponctuel
  • Suivre le cahier de consignes et régler les imprévus
  • Prévenir de tout dysfonctionnement des installations techniques
  • Mettre en œuvre les plans d'actions correctifs qui lui sont communiqués par son responsable 
  • Suivre le plan de maintenance préventive
  • Suivre les procédures d'hygiène de l'eau

Vous garantissez ainsi un environnement fonctionnel et sans risque pour nos clients.

 

Qualifications

  • Expérience sur un poste similaire en hôtellerie indispensable
  • Maîtrise de l'électricité + CVC
  • Responsable et fiable
