Job Summary

 

 

The Systems & Special Projects Officer is responsible in executing the department requirements for new services, systems, and process implementations. They participate in or lead efforts to develop process efficiencies, define requirements, conduct user acceptance testing according to CCC’s service functions, ensuring compliance with project work plans and timelines.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Managing end-to-end department-wide projects to address process gaps through automation.
  • Formulating, reviewing, and documenting group policies and guidelines.
  • Implementing process and system enhancements.
  • Monitoring and assessing results post-implementation through data analysis and research.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant course
  • At least 2 years exposure/ experience on project management and delivery/ implementation is an advantage preferably in the Banking and Finance Industry or Contact Center.
  • Willing to work on site and be assigned in Greenhills, SM North Edsa or Pasay.
