For over 50 years, Monti Inc. has been a vertically integrated manufacturer serving the electrical distribution, switchgear, transformer, and OEM industries. We specialize in the precision fabrication and machining of conductors, insulators, and engineered steel and copper components—supporting critical infrastructure across North America.
Unlike niche suppliers, Monti offers end-to-end capabilities across multiple material classes and manufacturing services, enabling customers to consolidate vendors, reduce lead times, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. Whether you need rapid prototyping or high-volume production, we deliver with repeatable quality, agility, and speed-to-market.
Our facilities combine highly skilled tradespeople with advanced manufacturing technology, including fabrication, stamping, CNC machining, automated epoxy coating, robotic welding, and in-house tool & die. We manufacture to tight tolerances, support both build-to-print and design-for-manufacturing models, and maintain a strong focus on first-pass yield, quality and on-time delivery.
Our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, OH anchors our core operations in copper, insulation, and sheet metal fabrication—featuring in-house die design and build, progressive stamping, and CNC precision machining. Our national footprint includes:
📍 Sumter, SC – Fabrication of rigid insulation, copper bus bar fabrication, and light mechanical assembly
📍 Greenwood, SC (2 facilities) – High-volume copper stamping, sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, powder coating, Copper bus bar fabrication, and automated fluidized bed epoxy coating
📍 Cincinnati, OH (Plating Division) – Industrial Silver, Tin and Zinc plating
📍 Santa Teresa, NM (MSW Facility) – Copper machining, sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, and downstream finishing
