Pay: Pre-licensed 62,400-65,000/yr, Licensed 70,000-75,000/yr

Reach for Resources is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality, culturally responsive mental health therapy to adolescents and adults, including individuals who live with disabilities, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate has experience working with both teens and adults and is passionate about working with individuals of all abilities.
Essential Job Duties
Maintain an outpatient therapy caseload:
· Provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting (in-person and/or telehealth).
· Collaborate with individuals to create and implement compassionate, culturally responsive and effective treatment plans that reflect the individual’s specific needs and concerns
· Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to clients with ADHD, autism, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and co-occurring mental health conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma).
· Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, medical providers, and community agencies when appropriate.
· Maintain confidentiality and build trusting, therapeutic rapport with individuals
· Assist in the facilitation of psychotherapy groups as needed
Documentation:
· Complete diagnostic assessments, individual treatment plans, progress notes and other required client care documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
· Complete all required intake paperwork including consent forms and billing information in a timely manner
· Complete ongoing file audits to ensure compliance with insurance requirements
Professional Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the development of therapy skills
· Maintain active licensure or be actively engaged in ongoing supervision with the goal of obtaining independent licensure.
· Maintain updated knowledge of referral sources and other community agencies
· Participate in other Reach for Resources functions and training as assigned
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
· Environment: Work is completed primarily in the office with the option for some hybrid work based on telehealth caseload. May involve work at a secondary setting such as a school, client home or partner site, however this is not typical.
· Schedule: M-F, flexible schedule, some evening hours will be required to meet the scheduling needs of psychotherapy clients.
· Physical demands: This is a sedentary position with most work hours performed while sitting. Position also requires standing, walking/traversing an environment, safely driving a vehicle, verbal communication, seeing, hearing, ability to consistently use technology like laptop, fax machine, printer, etc.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
· Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP) preferred.
· If unlicensed, must have completed a master’s or doctorate degree with an accredited educational program in behavioral health and be actively engaged in the process of pursuing LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP licensure in Minnesota.
· Ideal candidates will have an interest in working with a wide range of ages.
· Knowledge of community resources.
· Ability to work independently, enjoy flexibility, and manage stress.
· Ability to learn, understand and utilize various telehealth, documentation and billing software.
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Experience completing clinical documentation included diagnostic assessments that meet MN DHS standards.
· Experience with group facilitation preferred.

· Experience providing psychotherapy with teens and adults with Autism and ADHD.
