About the Role

Description

We are accepting applications for an upcoming vacancy.  


Prevailance is seeking a detail-oriented Testing Proctor to support Navy training and examination operations. This role ensures the integrity, security, and accurate administration of written and practical examinations within a structured military training environment. The ideal candidate brings strong clerical experience, attention to detail, and experience supporting controlled testing environments.


Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Proctor and monitor written and practical examinations in accordance with established testing procedures
  • Ensure exam integrity, security, and compliance with command policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student testing results and records
  • Coordinate exam schedules with instructors and Course Supervisors
  • Prepare testing materials and ensure proper accountability of controlled documents
  • Provide administrative support related to student tracking and training documentation
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to maintain reports, rosters, and testing records
  • Support day-to-day operations of the testing office

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience performing clerical and administrative duties
  • Experience proctoring or invigilating examinations
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to follow established procedures and maintain exam integrity
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Clearance:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation

Key duties also include inputting grades into CeTARS, maintaining test bank inventories, monitoring facility security, and correlating testing data across various systems.
