About the Role

主要职责:
1.通过在线实时聊天方式、电话及邮件,根据客户的需要,将客户的需求与现有的服务相匹配,并向公司的客人提供服务。
2.代表乐园传达友好、关怀和专业的服务态度。
 3.以高效的方式处理所有客户查询,并对任何需要升级的情况进行预警。
4.处理票务、酒店和餐饮服务的所有预订,并处理此类预订的付款。
5.在整个服务过程中保持所有客户满意。
 6.记录通话性质,以及任何需要跟进的案例细节。
7.收集客户的反馈或更新信息。
 职位要求:
 1.大专及以上学历(优秀者适当放宽)。
 2.有1年酒店或旅游业客户服务或销售经验者优先。
 3.打字30+WPM,错误率不超过5%。
4.普通话流利,拥有优秀的口头表达、人际沟通和倾听能力。
 5.具有很强的服务意识和咨询能力。
6.熟悉Windows电脑操作和OFFICE办公软件操作。
