About the Role
- הקמה והפעלת רשת הבוגרים של משתתפי תוכנית כנפיים
- ייזום ובניית מפגשים קבוצתיים, אירועים ופעילויות חברתיות עבור הבוגרים בנושאי תוכן מתאימים ומגוונים.
- פיקוח ובקרה על הפעילות הקבוצתית המתקיימת ברחבי הארץ.
- ביצוע סקרים לבדיקת צרכים ולקבלת משובים על הפעילות.
- טיפוח מנהיגות צעירה של בוגרי כנפיים כיוזמי קבוצות חדשות ושותפים בהפעלתן.
- טיפוח ממשקי עבודה עם עמותות ומשרדי ממשלה העוסקים בחיילים בודדים.
Requirements
- תואר ראשון רלוונטי – חובה.
- ניסיון בתכנון והפעלת פרויקטים קהילתיים ופיתוח תכנים חינוכיים להעברה במסגרת קבוצתית – יתרון משמעותי.
- ניסיון בעבודה עם חיילים בודדים – יתרון משמעותי.
- ידע והבנה ברשתות חברתיות.
- שליטה בתוכנות ה - Office והאינטרנט.
- שליטה באנגלית ועברית – חובה, ידיעת רוסית - יתרון.
- תכונות אישיות: אחריות, יוזמה, אמינות, מנהיגות, יכולת לעבודה עצמאית ובצוות, יחסי אנוש מעולים ותודעת שירות גבוהה.
- מקום העבודה : תל אביב.
- נדרשת ניידות בכל רחבי הארץ ונכונות לעבודה בשעות גמישות ובלתי שגרתיות.
במקרה של שוויון בין מועמדים ינתן משקל נוסף לטובת מועמד עם מוגבלות.
ההעסקה באמצעות ההסכם הקיבוצי 2014.
