Your Role:

  • Manage key distributor accounts and act as the primary commercial contract.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve targets across full product portfolio
  • Drive project sales across all sectors through strong collaboration with distributors and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and distributors to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion
  • Monitor the sales pipeline, forecasts, and project status to ensure precise and prompt reporting
  • Manage project sales details: product specifications, pricing, and commercial approvals
  • Actively maintain market presence and foster key relationships through distributor engagement and project site visits
  • Maintain strong brand presence and ensure product availability in both retail and project markets
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ Proven experience in sales or key account management, preferably in building materials, sanitary ware, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of distributor-based sales models.
  • Fluent English is a must (spoken and written).
  • Computer-oriented with strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • SAP user experience is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Results-driven with strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
