Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) for a permanent opportunity in Ocala, Florida.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services while supporting patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The Radiologic Technologist performs x-ray examinations, assists with patient flow, and collaborates closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure safe, accurate imaging and positive patient experiences.

This position is ideal for both experienced technologists and new graduates seeking a supportive environment with opportunities for growth. Day and night shifts are available.

Key Responsibilities include:

Performing accurate x-ray examinations as ordered by providers while adhering to radiation safety standards, including ALARA principles.

Preparing, processing, and transmitting imaging to the radiologist for interpretation.

Rooming patients, collecting vital signs, and documenting patient history as needed.

Assisting patients and providers with mobility, transfers, specimen collection, and exam preparation.

Maintaining cleanliness of imaging rooms and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked.

Transporting patients safely as required.

Employment Details:

This is a permanent, full-time position with both day and night shift options. Compensation is based on experience and includes shift differentials, sign-on bonus eligibility, and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.

Compensation:

Hourly pay based on experience.

Pay Range: $24.93 – $36.15 per hour

Additional Compensation:

Night differential: $3.25 per hour

Weekend differential: $2.00 per hour

Evening differential: $2.00 per hour

Holiday pay: Time and one-half

Sign-on bonus: $7,500

Relocation assistance: Case by case

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required
• ARRT certification required
• Active Florida Radiologic Technologist license required
• No prior experience required; new graduates are welcome
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of employment start date
• Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills
