If you are passionate about leveraging technology to improve performance in a regulated manufacturing environment—and thrive at the intersection of business operations and IT—this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

💡 Why Choose KTP?

Strategic Impact: Play a key leadership role in advancing digital transformation initiatives, including data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that strengthen operational performance.

Collaborative Environment: Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT to drive measurable business results.

Stability & Growth: KTP continues to thrive in a competitive industry, driven by strong leadership, smart innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

🔍 What You’ll Do as a Business Innovation Manager on the KTP IT Team
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Regulatory to identify process improvement opportunities and implement system-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements; translate them into functional ERP, WMS, reporting, and database enhancements.
  • Lead and actively execute cross-functional projects, including system configuration, testing, validation, and post-implementation support.
  • Perform operational and system risk assessments; analyze impact, develop mitigation plans, and ensure proper documentation and follow-through.
  • Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot ERP (Syspro), Datascope, and related business systems to ensure performance, data integrity, and user effectiveness.
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support reporting, analytics, and operational visibility.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and Crystal Reports to drive actionable insights across manufacturing and leadership teams.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-driven analytics and automation tools that improve accuracy, reporting efficiency, process control, and decision-making within ERP and data environments.
  • Provide hands-on support for system issues, performance bottlenecks, data discrepancies, and integration challenges across platforms.
  • Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, audit readiness, and proper documentation of workflows and system changes to support regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Communicate technical findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to both operational teams and executive leadership.
  • Success in this role will be measured by system performance improvements, process efficiencies gained, reporting accuracy, user adoption, and measurable operational impact.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • A hands-on, analytical approach to solving complex operational and system challenges.
  • Strong ownership of data integrity, system performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Confidence working across technical and operational teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business impact.
  • High ethical standards and discretion with sensitive information.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
📋 What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • 7–10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations within a regulated environment (FDA, ISO, GMP, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing operational or system innovations.
  • Advanced expertise in:
    • ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (Syspro and Datascope strongly preferred)
    • Microsoft SQL (advanced querying, stored procedures, performance optimization)
    • Crystal Reports
    • Power BI (data modeling, dashboard development, visualization)
  • Strong understanding of ERP/WMS functionality and data architecture.
  • Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, identify system gaps, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a risk-based decision-making approach.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

📅 Work Environment & Travel
