Job Description

As a User Marketing Manager for the Japan Market, you'll lead social and user marketing strategies tailored for Japan, ensuring an authentic connection with the local users. You'll collaborate with global teams to translate business objectives into culturally relevant campaigns, driving growth and brand awareness. In your day-to-day, you will:  

  • Develop and execute user partnership strategies across YouTube and Meta (Instagram/Facebook)  
  • Build and manage relationships with users and creators to create impactful campaigns  
  • Plan and execute end-to-end social media campaigns specifically for the Japanese market  
  • Design and write campaign content that aligns with the Wix brand identity and resonates with Japanese audiences  
  • Utilize internal AI tools to streamline content creation and ensure consistency across social channels  
  • Share local market insights with global teams to influence company strategies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, user/influencer marketing, and/or partnerships  
  • Deep understanding of the Japanese market and culture  
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency, Business-level English proficiency for collaboration with global teams
  • Ability to create simple video clips
  • Track record with modern, trend-driven social marketing  
  • Proven campaign experience on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok  
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail  
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively  
  • Excellent collaboration skills and team player mindset
