Graduate Trainee Programme

HKMU is looking for enthusiastic young graduates of the University to commence their careers in a supportive environment.  This opportunity is specifically tailored to nurture a maximum of 20 HKMU’s graduates annually to contribute to their alma mater.  It offers a unique chance for talented individuals to embark on a journey of professional growth and development in a higher education setting.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Office of Research Affairs and Knowledge Transfer

• Registry 

Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

• HKMU undergraduates expected to be graduated in 2026 / Bachelor’s degree graduates from HKMU within two years; 

• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese;

• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills;

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and  a good team player; and

• Proficiency in computer applications.

Terms and Conditions for Appointment
An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates. Generous annual leave, staff-development sponsorships, medical and dental benefits, and life insurance coverage will also be provided.
