About Us 

At Apex Concierge Services Inc, we deliver five-star hospitality in luxury residential environments. As a trusted service partner throughout Boston, we provide elevated front desk and lifestyle management services built on professionalism, trust, and excellence. We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Concierge to support building operations during after-hours and ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents.


What You’ll Do

As the Overnight Concierge, you are the sole on-site point of contact during your shift. You’ll maintain strong service standards while monitoring safety, handling late-night resident needs, and ensuring operations run smoothly until morning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor lobby access and maintain building security protocols overnight
  • Greet residents and authorized guests with professionalism and discretion
  • Conduct scheduled site tours and safety checks throughout the building
  • Manage and document all activities in nightly shift logs (E.D.O. standard)
  • Process after-hour maintenance requests and coordinate emergency response
  • Manage package room overnight organization and audit accuracy
  • Respond to email inquiries and internal communications from management
  • Maintain a clean and professional lobby/environment throughout the shift
  • Prepare accurate shift handover reports for the morning team
  • Uphold Apex service standards and represent our brand with excellence

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, security, or front desk experience
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain overnight availability (11PM–7AM or similar)
  • Professional communication skills (email, phone, incident reporting)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) or property management software
  • Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and accountable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a residential or hotel concierge role
  • Familiarity with Boston neighborhoods and transportation options
  • Prior experience with shift logs, KeyTrak, Yardi or access control systems
  • Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of professionalism
