About the Role
Description
Position Summary
The Provider Relations Field Inspector works closely with the organization’s provider network to ensure vehicle compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role coordinates and conducts vehicle inspections, provides on-site support, and maintains accurate documentation related to inspection activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with travel, and able to work independently in field-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with providers to oversee and support vehicle compliance requirements
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle inspections with providers
- Travel to provider locations to perform on-site vehicle inspections as needed
- Evaluate vehicles to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
- Document inspection findings accurately and thoroughly
- Provide guidance to providers on corrective actions when compliance issues are identified
- Maintain inspection records and related compliance documentation
- Communicate inspection outcomes and follow-up requirements to internal teams
- Assist with preparation of compliance reports and audits related to vehicle standards
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in compliance, inspections, transportation, fleet management, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or mobile reporting systems
