About the Role

Description

Chem-Dry of Omaha is seeking a Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician to join their award-winning, locally owned franchise team. If you value excellence, integrity, and professionalism — and enjoy working directly with customers — this could be a great long-term opportunity.

This is a temp-to-perm position with comprehensive PAID training provided.


$18–$20/hour + Bonuses + Tips

Full-Time | Monday–Friday 


 Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:15 AM – 4:00 or 5:30 PM (depending on daily workload)

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services in customers’ homes
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
  • Learn technical trade skills and gain sales experience


Requirements

 

  • Valid and insurable driver’s license (required)
  • Clean MVR
  • Must pass drug screen and background check
  • Strong English communication skills (required – entering client homes)
  • Reliable, organized, positive attitude
  • Customer-oriented and team player
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • No experience necessary – training provided

Dress Code:

  • Uniforms provided
  • Must wear khaki, black, or grey pants (shorts allowed in summer)
