Your Role

As an Automotive Lube Technician, you’ll support our production team by safely removing vehicle fluids, performing basic mechanical tasks, and preparing vehicles for recycling. This role is hands-on, outdoors, and ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, learning new skills, and helping keep operations running smoothly.


What You’ll Do as an Automotive Lube Technician

  • Safely remove fluids and components from vehicles
  • Inspect, clean, and maintain tools and equipment
  • Operate hand tools and industrial equipment (loaders, forklifts, etc.) once trained
  • Prepare vehicles for processing and maintain accurate inventory reporting
  • Follow all safety standards, SOPs, and PPE requirements
  • Assist with general facility maintenance and recycling tasks
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Support team goals and maintain a clean work area

What You Bring as an Automotive Lube Technician

  • Basic automotive/mechanical knowledge
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to follow safety procedures with minimal supervision
  • Strong teamwork and customer service mindset
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in varying weather
  • Reliable transportation
    Preferred: experience with heavy equipment, auto parts knowledge, bilingual (English/Spanish)
