Position Summary

Business Development Manager - CNSDose


The Business Development Manager – CNSDose is responsible for leading the commercial strategy, market positioning, and growth execution of Ethos Laboratories’ CNSDose product launch. This role drives product-market fit, strategic partnerships, channel development, and revenue expansion while working closely with executive leadership, marketing, operations, and sales.

This position directly supports Ethos’ purpose to Help More People by accelerating access to innovative, medically relevant solutions that improve clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.

The Business Development Manager operates with strategic ownership, entrepreneurial discipline, and accountability for measurable growth.

Requirements

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 • Identify and develop new business opportunities to establish and scale successful product-market fit for CNSDose
• Research and evaluate emerging markets, competitive landscape, and sector trends
• Collaborate with executive leadership on product positioning, competitive differentiation, and feature development
• Partner with Marketing to define value proposition, messaging strategy, communication channels, and lead-generation processes
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and channel partners
• Evaluate existing partnerships and optimize performance
• Support recruitment and development of high-performing sales professionals in targeted markets
• Manage key client relationships as needed during product expansion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, compliance, and operations teams
• Develop strategies to expand brand profile, market reach, and share
• Provide input on product development, pricing, distribution, and promotional strategy
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to meet growth objectives
• Foster an entrepreneurial, accountable growth culture
• Operate in full compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required
• 5–10 years of business development experience
• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience
• Demonstrated success in product launch, market expansion, or growth initiatives preferred

Physical Requirements

This position is classified as sedentary work.

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods
• Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds
