What You’ll Do:

• Delight Guests: Make every Guest feel like family from start to finish.
• Ensure Quality: Keep food, safety, and service standards consistently excellent.
• Lead the Team: Motivate, inspire coach, and grow your Team Members to succeed.
• Manage Operations: Manage inventory, scheduling, safety, and labor compliance with precision while owning the full P+L
• Live the Brand: Embody hospitality, quality, and excellence in every action.
• Be Hands-On: Jump in where needed from carving rotisserie chicken, checking prep

standards, or ensuring recipes are followed perfectly to providing our guests gracious

hospitality to coaching and developing your team – you’re are all in

What You Bring:

• Leadership Experience: 3+ years' experience leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Guest Focus and Obsession: Passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
• Operational Know-How: Strong understanding of food safety, inventory, P+L and labor practices.
• People Skills: Excellent communicator who builds trust with teams and guests. Develop team members to build our bench and reach their full potential.
• Problem-Solver: Quick thinker who solves challenges with ease.
